In 1994, the Rwandan government established an international tribunal for the sole purpose of prosecuting those responsible for genocide and other grave violations of international humanitarian law committed in Rwandan territory, along with Rwandan citizens responsible for genocide and other similar violations committed in neighboring states’ territory between January 1, 1994 and December 31, 1994. At the invitation of the Argentine Embassy in Kenya, EAAF visited the Rwandan Forensic Medical Service and gave a conference there.
